***Update from foster***

Zena is doing great in foster! She is a big loveable goofy hound who is lots of fun! So far no accidents in the house and she gets along great with the other dogs. She is crated when home alone and will even sleep in the cage later in the day when the door is left open for her to go in on her own!

Zena did in the beginning try to dig in the yard, but we were told she was left home alone in her yard and dug her way out from being bored. She stopped trying after a few days in foster  when she realized she was not being left alone for long periods of time.

She will make someone a great companion. ***

This is Zena! Zena is wonderful 5-6 year old female bloodhound. She is petite for a bloodhound, only 50 pounds! She is about the height size of a shepherd, only thinner. For those of you that may have wanted a bloodhound but thought it was too big of a dog, here you go!

Zena is good with other dogs and loves kids. She loves attention and is eagerly looking for a new home to call her own!

Zena is currently being vetted in Cincinnati and will then move to a foster home in the Dayton area. Don't let this girl get away!
