Meet Banjo! He is the best of both worlds, Basset hound and beagle! Banjo is about four years old and he is neutered, up-to-date on all of his shots, micro chipped, and ready for a new home! His adoption fee is $250 and he is being fostered in Columbus Ohio. Banjo is housebroken, but he is not a big fan of being created. He does require a home with a fenced in yard. Banjo is good with other dogs, but he used to chase the cats a lot in his former home. He was never mean to them but he did like to chase them. If he goes to a home with cats his new owner will need to recognize the fact that he will need to be trained to coexist with them. Banjo is a little overweight and does need some exercise. He was relinquished to OBHR because his former home did not have the time to give him the attention and exercise he needed. They tried their best, but they took him in from somebody who became homeless and could not keep him any longer. If you are interested in banjo or any of our dogs you must first visit our website and fill out the adoption application at ohioBassetrescue.com.
