Available for adoption! Noelle came to us from the hoarding situation in Ross County. She is about 2 years old and just the sweetest thing! She has seen our vet and is up to date on vetting, she will be spayed next week. Her adoption fee is $250. She is being fostered in Columbus but transport can be arranged to a dedicated adopter.
