Thumper was found as a stray, he is very shy and has not been around a lot of people. He is heart worm positive so he will need a quiet, calm foster home to go through his treatment. With time, patience, and a gentle hand he will learn that not all humans are bad. He is a special dog due to his medical and social needs, but he will be worth the time and effort!
