Carmen is a beautiful very thin 1-2yo tricolor female found deathly ill wandering in the snow. An OBR volunteer met a transport to rescue her and found her minutes from death. She has obviously been used to breed. She was rushed to Emergency Vet where they ran tests and found she had PARVO. Carmen clung to death for weeks.Vet bills are over a thousand dollars.She is just the sweetest girl having been through so much in her short life. She just lays her head in your lap.She is now being treated for a severe respiratory infection and dehydration. When she is well enough she will go into a foster home. Can you help this girl?
