Marley is a 6 year old neutered male who is up to date on vaccines and heartworm protection. He was found as a stray and when he first came into our home he was obviously missing his former owner. Marley gets along ok with the other dogs in his foster home and needs another active playmate. He does crave human attention and will compete for it with the other dogs in the home. He is really a big baby but like a lot of the basset breed will let you know if he is in a comfy spot and does not wish to be relocated. He usually does not pick fights but will not back down if confronted. For this reason we will not allow Marley to be adopted into a home with small children.  Marley is a good sized boy at 54 lbs. His fur is very soft and he likes to snuggle up to his humans if he is allowed.
