Betsy's pups are ready to be adopted. Betsy is a pure bred, tri-color basset hound who was a stray. She was running with a Shar-Pei while in heat. It looks like there is a good chance a lab also fathered some of the pups. The pups are 10 weeks old, have had two visits to the vet that included complete check ups on each pup, two sets of vaccines, have been wormed every two weeks since birth, and they have been microchipped. They will be adopted with spay/neuter contracts, require another canine companion in the home, and an above- ground fence. Betsy and her puppies are being fostered in Stark County.
