Hello, my name is Archie. I am a great looking lemon and white 5 year old basset boy. I get the freedom of the house as my foster mom has a doggie door for me to use and I am not destructive or too terribly nosy. Occasionally I do check out the counters but my mom is smart (most of the time) and has everything to the back where I can't reach it. I love to chase and bark; human or canine, so if you have neighbors who aren't dog lovers tell them sorry but come play with me and they will love me. I love to go for rides in the car, take walks where there are all kinds of smells and sit in my foster mom's lap or anyone's lap. I love everyone and if you are looking for that one dog that will be your life's companion, I am your boy. I request a fenced yard and playmate.
